Wayfare Construction is an independent practice. Every project is run end-to-end in-house — from site selection through to sale.
The work is whole houses. Most are self-funded spec builds — Wayfare buys the land, designs and builds the house, and brings it to market on completion. A small number of referred client builds are taken on each year.
Qualifications
Licensed. Insured. Accountable.
- Registered Builder — Domestic Unlimited. Victorian Building Authority licence DBU 100·124.
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction. CPC40110.
- Qualified carpenter. Apprenticed in Australia, journeyman work across Australia and New Zealand.
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance carried at all times.
